Returns

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Process:

  2. Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you request for shipping option. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, or we will exchange your item into a new one.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at thescentshopbrunei@gmail.com with your order details.

Warranty

Scent Machine Warranty:

  • Our scent machines come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at thescentshopbrunei@gmail.com or contact us through Whatsapp at +673 822 3094 with your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items like scent oils and diffusers, which cannot be returned once opened.
